Dr. Sybille Quandt is a wildlife veterinarian, an independent game consultant, and author of over a dozen publications - in English and German - on wildlife. Sybille is also a commercial fixed wing and helicopter pilot, guiding exclusive safaris.

Her work as a wildlife veterinarian and her involvement in various wildlife projects has taken Sybille around much of the continent, from Mali to Tanzania and Botswana, from Malawi to Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. 

The safaris initially grew out of enquires from friends abroad, asking about what to see and where to go in Southern Africa, while the flying licences grew out of that and the on-going veterinary work.

Sybille has a very strong affinity with elephants and is keen to share her intimate knowledge of these and other magnificent creatures with her fellow travellers.
